We will cover any cooler with defective materials and any defect in workmanship.
• How long does my warranty last?
Your warranty is good for 3 years from the purchase date. Commercial warranties are for 1 year.
• What will Galaxy Coolers do to solve my problems?
Send us the cooler and we will repair the cooler at no cost including return shipping. Or if the cooler cannot be repaired we will replace the cooler with a new one.
• How do I make a warranty claim?
First, call Galaxy Coolers and get a return authorization number. 970.946.4905 This number must be written on the outside of the box. A copy of the original bill of sale must be included with the cooler. Consider insuring the package during shipping. Galaxy Coolers accepts no liability in case of lost or damage packages.

• Is there anything that my Galaxy Coolers warranty does not cover?
Your warranty does not cover damage due to normal use. These things include scratches, dings; scuff marks, or fading of color. Damage from misuse other than what the product was intended for. Acts of God, Sabotage, and War.
• What happens if my warranty claim is found not covered under warranty?
Items shipped to Galaxy Coolers that are found not to be covered under warranty. The product will not be repaired and returned unless claimant makes arrangements to have the item repaired and returned at their expense. Galaxy Coolers will notify the claimant as to the decision regarding the claim. The claimant will then have 14 days to decide and arrange for repair and/or return of their item. Or if Galaxy Coolers can repair the item, the repairs will be made upon agreement of payment to Galaxy Coolers for the cost of the repairs. Any action taken by Galaxy Coolers after 14 days regarding a delinquent claim will be carried out in Galaxy Coolers s best interest and Galaxy Coolers will be held harmless for its necessity in doing so.
• What happens if my Galaxy Coolers gets damaged during shipping after I have purchased it?
No claims will be honored involving damages incurred by the use of shipping companies other than those used by Galaxy Coolers in making direct deliveries to the end customer or those made direct to our customers where the shipment was noted as being received damaged upon delivery.
