Shipping for your product is done so as a common ground shipment. This usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S.A. You can request a faster shipment method and will be billed accordingly. Outside of the continental U.S.A will take a different amount of time and can be found out at time of order. A lot of our products are oversized and will be priced to that affect. Your package will be insured for the price you pay for the shipping from Galaxy Coolers to you.
Shipping of your Galaxy Coolers is done so by a preauthorized company chosen by Galaxy Coolers. You have paid for the shipping so it is important to Galaxy Coolers it has been completed in a very positive manner.
If you receive a product that has visibly been damaged during shipping please do not accept the package and have it documented by the delivery person immediately. Next, have them send it back to Galaxy Coolers. If the cooler was dropped off and or you discover damage when you open the box later, please contact the shipping company or Galaxy Coolers immediately so the shipping company can come back, do the inspection and return the cooler quickly. The shipping company will do these things for free and we can send you a new product as soon as we receive the damaged one. This is a very uncommon occurrence but it does happen.
If you receive a cooler you did not order, please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to have it returned.
If you receive a cooler you ordered but do not want. You are responsible to have that cooler returned to us at your expense. The product must be unused and in the same condition it was when you received it. We will refund you cost of the cooler minus shipping as soon as we get it back and verify condition.
